I accept GP chronic condition management plans (formerly called an EPC) under Medicare. A gap payment of $18.20 will apply if you currently hold either a low-income health care card or a pensioner concession card. A gap payment of $48.20 for an initial appointment and $38.20 will apply for subsequent appointments if you do not hold one of these cards.

I treat NDIS, DVA, Third Party and Worker’s Compensation clients with appropriate referrals.
