Services

Gregg can help you recover from injury, reduce pain and stiffness, increase mobility and prevent further injury. He will listen to your needs to tailor a treatment specific to your condition. As a first contact practitioner, you don’t need a doctor’s referral to see Gregg. Although physiotherapists, doctors, and other health professionals will often work as part of a team to plan and manage treatment for a specific condition.

Gregg values a ‘hands on’ approach rather than a ‘machine approach’ (i.e. you won’t pay for a 1/2hr appointment and be placed on a TENS, ultrasound or interferential machine). As these can be purchased and used at home if required as an adjunct treatment. The following are common treatment methods used by Gregg:

  • exercise programs to improve mobility and strengthen muscles
  • muscle re-education to improve control
  • soft tissue mobilisation (massage)
  • joint manipulation and mobilisation to reduce pain and stiffness
  • taping including rigid, dynamic and kinesiology tape applications
  • acupuncture and dry needling
  • 1 on 1 clinical pilates reformer exercise
  • BPPV and other balance and dizziness treatment
  • hydrotherapy
  • airway clearance techniques and breathing exercises
  • assistance with use of aids, splints, crutches, walking sticks and wheelchairs to help you move around.
